Access to ServiceOntario Resources to Be Offered in Local Libraries.
CLINTON – The residents of Huron-Bruce can now expect to get faster and
easier access to a range of government services at a library branch in
their community, announced Huron-Bruce MPP, Carol Mitchell.
21 libraries in Huron and Bruce county and ServiceOntario are helping to
make it easier for the people of their communities to access government
information and services.
“This is wonderful news for the residents of Huron-Bruce” said Carol
Mitchell, MPP Huron-Bruce. “It is vital that Ontarian’s have greater
access to the government services they need, such as birth certificates
and marriage certificates, right in their communities”.
“Our libraries are a great source of information for people in
Huron-Bruce,” said Government Services Minister Gerry Phillips. “People
told us that they expect government services to be more convenient and
easier to access – and we’ve listened”.
